You are always able to renew a product once it has expired.
Step 1: Open My Products.
- Click on your name to open the account dropdown.
- Select My Products.
Step 2: Open Expired Products.
- Select Expired Products.
Step 3: Renew your license.
- Click on the Arrow next to the product you would like to renew.
- Choose Renew Plan.
You will be brought to a checkout page where you can process the order.
When a product is renewed for PDF Architect Plan the renewal will automatically be assigned to the email address used for purchase. You can reassign the product to a new user at any time, click here for more information.
When you renew your E-Sign Plan you will simply need to start using the product within your PDF Architect Desktop application. Click here for more information on switching products in app.
