If you have lost/forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. You can do this from our website. 

Step 1 - Open Account Portal

• Go to our Account Portal.

Step 2 - Select Forgot Password Option

• Choose Forgot Password?

• Enter the email address associated with your PDF Architect account into the text field.
• Click on Continue.

You will receive an email containing a code.

• Enter the code and click Continue.

• Enter your new password and confirm it.
• Click on Confirm new password.

Once your password has been successfully changed you will see the message below.
