You’ll first want to select each of the elements you want to align.

• Switch to the Edit mode.

• Hold down the CTRL key.
• Click on each object in your PDF you want to align.

As you select them, you’ll see a red box surrounding everything you’ve chosen. This box sets the edges that will be used when using the alignment tools.

Once you are ready you can click on one of the buttons in the Organize section of the Edit Module. Each option’s icon will show you which edge it will align to.

• Click the option you want to use.

We have two additional modules. The OCR module allows you to recognize and edit text within any scanned document or image. We also have the E-Sign module that allows you to electronically sign PDFs and track and manage e-signatures in real time. If those modules are not available for you, you can purchase them here.
