You’ll first want to select each of the elements you want to align.
- Hold down the CTRL
- Click on each object in your PDF you want to align.
As you select them, you’ll see a blue box surrounding everything you’ve chosen. This box sets the edges that will be used when using the alignment tools.
- Hold down your left mouse button over the border to move the blue box to the place on your page you’d like to align your elements.
Once you are ready you can click on one of the buttons in the Organize section of the Edit Module. Each option’s icon will show you which edge it will align to.
- Click the option you want to use.
How to insert an image into my PDF file
- Open the EditModule.
- Click on Insert Image.
A Browse will open. Find your image and click Open. Your image will now be inserted into the document. Select the image while in Edit Mode to change its size and location. If the image opens and appears very large or very small, it is because PDF Architect will use the image properties to determine how big or small it appears.
While in Edit Mode you can also resize and move your image around your document. Hold down the left mouse button while your cursor is over a circle in the red border and you can change the size.
Hold down the mouse button anywhere else on the border to move its location.
