When you have a plan or edition of PDF Architect you can assign it to anyone for them to use. Since PDF Architect is now accessed through an account, you can assign it to a specific email address.
An email will be sent to that address prompting them to create an account. Once created they will have full access to using the product. However, in their account they will not be able to perform any actions related to the product.
Assigning a Product
- Click on your name to open the account options.
- Select My Products.
- Click on the product name to expand it.
- Click on the arrow next to Unassigned Licenses.
- Click Assign.
- Enter the license into the box.
- Click Assign.
The new user will appear under the list assignees.
Changing the Assignment
- Click on the arrow next to the email address you would like to remove from the list.
- Select Unassign.
- In the popup click on Continue.
