How to unassign product licenses from a single user

• To begin, navigate to the Users page, and click anywhere in the user details or on the crayon icon.
• Click on the dropdown menu that appears under Assign product, and unselect the product(s) you wish to unassign from the user.
• After unselecting the product(s), click on Save changes.

• The product(s) have now been unassigned from the users. They will no longer be able to use the product upon signing in.
• You can click OK on the final popup to go back to the main Users page.

Alternative method:

• You can also unassign products from an individual user by following the steps for unassigning product from multiple users. Instead of selecting multiple users, you would only have to select the individual user you would like to unassign licenses from and follow the same subsequent steps.

How to unassign product licenses from multiple users

• To start, use the checkboxes to the left of the users’ names to select all users you would like to unassign product licenses from.
• Navigate to the gear icon to the right of the page.
• From the list, select Unassign product from selected.

• A popup will appear on the page. This is to reaffirm the action being taken and allow you to reconfirm in case of any misclicks.
• To continue with unassigning the products, click Confirm.
• You will see a confirmation popup. The product(s) have now been unassigned from the users. They will no longer be able to use the product upon signing in.
• Click OK to go back to the main Users page.
