This article will walk you through the steps required to extract details such as user names, emails, assigned groups, and products, for all users in your organization.
Export complete user list
- To start, use the left panel to navigate to the Users page and click on export list.
- Select the user details you would like to export within your report.

- Name = the users’ first and last names
- Email = users’ emails
- Group = includes the group that each user is part of
- Products = identifies which products the user has licenses for
- Click on Export selected and select the format you would like to export the list as with the arrow to the right. You can download the file as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. By default, the report will be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.
- The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
Export selected user list
Exporting the user list allows you to extract the names, emails, groups, and product names of specific users in your organization.
- To start, use the checkboxes to the left of the users’ names to select all users you would like to export details for.
- Navigate to the gear icon to the right of the page.
- From the list, select Export selected users.
