This article will explain the process of deleting a user. Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth deletion process, where the user will be entirely removed from your organization, and any products assigned to the user will be unassigned from them.
- To start, use the left panel to navigate to the Users page and click on delete user.
- Select the user(s) you wish to delete from the list, and click Confirm.
- A popup will appear on the page. This is to reaffirm the action being taken and allow you to reconfirm in case of any misclicks.
- To continue with cancelling, click Confirm again.
If you try deleting several users at the same time, you will get this confirmation popup:
- Here, you must also click Confirm.
The user(s) have now been entirely removed from your organization. Any products assigned to them will be unassigned.
- You can click OK on the final popup to go back to the main Users page.
